James D. Vickers

September 1, 1962 - August 15, 2021

James D. Vickers, 58, of St. Albans passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021 in Kentucky. He was born in Charleston, WV on September 1, 1962 to the late Bill and Maxine Vickers of Blue Creek. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Elana Vickers; siblings, Randy Vickers of Florida, Mary Tague of Zenia, Ohio and Bob Lowe of South Charleston. James was retired from Molina Health Care Inc. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family along with his fur babies. James is survived by his partner, Rusty Allen of Kentucky; brother, Kevin J. Vickers (Teresa) of South Carolina; sister, Melanie Vickers (Rosemary) of Belle, WV. Special friend Judy Hudson of Belle, WV. Also left behind are many nieces and nephews and his fur babies. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans with Pastor Karin Ritchie officiating.
