Sherry L. Fields

December 31, 1962 - April 21, 2022

Sherry Fields, the wife of Greg Fields, passed away this past week. Many will remember Sherry from Car Shows and Cruise Ins around the Tristate and Doo Wop in Charleston, She was a member of Cemetery Knights Hearse Club. She loved the shows and always had a smile and enjoyed entertaining people with their unique hearses. Sherry was a people person and always loved being around people and helping anyone that needed help. Sherry was an avid animal lover. Many times you would see her at the shows with her fur babies and advocated for the well-being of all animals. A memorial for Sherry will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Ridenour Lake on 21st Street in Nitro, WV. The memorial service will be from 10 to 1:00 p.m. There will be a picnic held in her honor afterwards. Please dress casually and bring a covered dish. The family requests in lieu of flowers to make donation in Sherry’s name to the Charleston-Kanawha County Animal Shelter. Also if anyone has pictures of Sherry with her fur babies and other fur babies to email them to [email protected] Sherry will be missed but never forgotten by all that had the privilege to know and be around her.
